Personal Notes: Made his Indy 500 debut in 2004. Graduated from Texas Christian University in May 2000 with a degree in communications; has attended every Indy 500 since his birth. Larry has competed in all three of NASCAR’s major series: Nextel Cup, Busch and Craftsman Truck Series.
Larry has also been a test driver for Evernham Motorsports the last several years. Foyt spent four years competing in the NASCAR Busch and Nextel Cup Series before moving back to Texas in October, 2005.
In the meantime, Foyt is focusing his energy on making his father’s celebratory season filled with top performances. Larry Foyt will make his first start of 2008 in a truck fielded by Brevak Racing.
