Brevak Racing Signs Foyt for Daytona Opener

Mooresville, NC: Brevak Racing is proud to announce the signing of NASCAR wheel-man Larry Foyt to pilot the #31 Dodge for the season opener at Daytona this February.

Foyt, who works closely with his father’s (AJ Foyt) Indy car program, is looking forward to getting behind the wheel to kick off the 2008 season and the team is striving to put together a run that may Foyt behind the wheel again as the season continues.

“We’re excited to have Larry behind the wheel of our Dodge and we believe we’re moving in the right direction as we make our way to Daytona,” said Shelly Brevak.

Larry Foyt made his Indy 500 debut in 2004 and has competed on each of the three major divisions of NASCAR (Sprint Cup, Nationwide, Craftsman Truck Series). Foyt spent several years competing in the Nationwide Series (formerly known as the NASCAR  Busch Series) and will get back to NASCAR racing in 2008 behind the wheel of the Brevak Racing Dodge.

Foyt will be competing for an operation that has dedicated themselves to racing much like his family has done for so many years.
